Qualifications: Bachelor Environmental Science (Hons).
Tanya is an Environmental Science degree qualified sustainability professional who is currently the Arafura Rare Earths Head of Sustainability and Environment. She has 20+ years of experience working in diverse roles within the resources sectors in Western Australia, Northern Territory, Timor-Leste and Mauritania, West Africa.
She has undertaken various roles responsible for delivering excellent environmental and sustainability performance outcomes – in tactical, operationally focussed roles on heavy industrial facilities, as well as strategic roles leading teams to set direction, implement plans, standards and management processes within corporate settings. In addition, she has undertaken development opportunities to lead teams to implement business improvement projects and delivered as the Integration Lead on a major facility upgrade project.
Tanya is particularly passionate about cross-functional collaboration for delivering tangible business outcomes.
